Cauda Louis 2015
With vines at an altitude of 300m and an average age of 60 years manual harvesting is not an option but an obligation and this is another great wine from the hands of Dmitri Glipa in St Paul de Fenuoillet in Roussillon. Full of flavour with citrus background it comes into its own when accompanying fish. Dmitri is a passionate producer and it shows in the finish of his excellent wines. We have no stock of this wine but are taking advanced orders on the 2015 vintage production of only 4,000 bottles.

|Cultivation:||Traditional and careful manual harvesting with grapes sorted at collection and prior to pressing|
|Vinification:||Entire grape pressed with initial fermentation on the lees in oak barrels. 50% matured in oak and 50% matured in s/s for 7 months prior to blending and resting for a further month in s/s before bottling.|
